Has anyone ever had problems with Daimler Chrysler extended warranty?
Who would be at fault?
I have an extended warranty with Dodge
At 78,000 miles my turbo burn up Dodge dealership replaced it
At 80,000 miles the turbo burn up again, dodge dealership replaced it
At 82,000 the 3rd turbo burn up? Dodge dealership replaced it.
At 82,400 my engine burn up Who should have to pay for it. Its still under warranty? They said the bearing and rods were burnt.
Does anyone see a pattern here? Would the bearing and rods be burnt a little because 3 turbo burn up?
Dodge Extended warranty refuses to move on this saying it had to be low on oil.
Now they say I should pay 5000.00 and they will cover the rest. Its about 16,500 I was quopted for a new rebuilt engine.
Its kind of like Black Mail wouldn't you think.
I need help please write Daimler Chrysler tell them you are fed up with there SHIT and will never buy another Daimler Chrysler as long as they treat customers like this.
Dodge.com and you can email them
Thanks
Sorry it was 84,400 miles and not 82,400 miles
Please email them I need hundred of thousands of emails to them.
Go to Dodge.com and then contact The email comes up and just write them
Thanks
This is a truck and its a 2500 HD Ram and the extended warranty is good for 11,000 more miles.
I had the oil changed regularly and I beleive its a bad oil pump and so did every mechanic I talked with.
Dodge rep. say it was low on oil obvious they didn't see a pattern.
I talked to several other Diesel mechanics and everyone of them said that the Dodge dealership should have tore the engine down to see why the turbo were burning up and Yes they were burning Up. Lack of oil.
Sorry but 16,500 is what the dealership quoted me and then Dodge stepped in and said i would have to pay 5000.00
I had the oil and everything changed of a regular base. The Truck is a 2002 and it books for just under $20,000 now.

Genuine Chrysler Extended Warranty vs Fidelity Warranty Services Warranty, differences?
Long story short...today I had a repair done that my Dodge Dealership said was covered under my 3yr 36k warranty...but would not have been under my 7yr 100k warranty with Fidelity Warranty Services. However, it WOULD have been covered under a 7yr 100k Chrysler Warranty.
What confused me is I bought the car at Dodge...and they SHOVED the Fidelity Services extended warranty down my throat and never even mentioned a chrysler warranty.
How does this make any sense? What are the differences between the two?

Chrysler Extended warranty (PT Cruiser)?
I am having trouble deciding if i should extend my warranty on my 2005 PT Cruiser its going to be about $2,500 for 7 years/ 70,000 miles
Or i could trade in my car for about $10,000 plus the warranty $2,500.. so the total 12,2500 would go toward a new car. with a lifetime warranty.
please let me know what i should do ?
Also, i was wondering since the warranty expires September 26th .. if that day passes... am i still eligible for the same extended warranty through chrysler ?
