My friend from primary confessed he is a waste?
We are both boys and we are In year 9 aged 14 and we go to the same secondary school, today morning he confessed he smoked I was shocked then he took it further and said he smokes weed then again it got worse he drinks from time to time and he has a criminal record for harresment towards general public, I shouted explain and lecture him for about an hour and yet he doesn't understand the negatives of this he just says life is short make the most of it, and I said " so your making it more shorter for either killing yourself faster and messing up your adulthood" , he then said "smoke with me just once and u would understand" that's when I flipped and swore to him saying he is the worst friend to say that to me and he knows I don't like this stuff and I'm trying to stay away from all that shitt and overall I'm a Muslim - so he knows he shouldn't be playing me around like that, then I broke our friendship there! It's weird how people change so fast, how can I make friends at this teenage period when everybody's almost the same as him...

I messed up my whole life. Nobody loves me. Can't keep a GF for my life either.?
I graduated high school in 2006. I enlisted in the U.S. Marines as a means of escaping my bad home environment. I was separated for telling my instructor that I wanted to kill myself. I only said that because I did not want to be there nor do I support any of these for profit wars. I received a General Discharge, under Honorable. Basically, I could not adapt to military service within a 180 day period. Again, I only joined because I thought it would solve all of my problems. I've always wanted to be a police officer, but having this discharge may hinder that.
I've also stole from an employer in 2009, which is another item that will probably stop me from being a police officer. I was fired, but charges were not filed. I have a clean criminal record. Ever since I got back home from the Marines in 2006 I was so scared that I ruined my life forever. I saw no point of doing anything to make my life better like attend college for instance. It's been six years since I've been out of high school and I've done nothing with my life. I'm so dumb that I could barely pass an aptitude test just to enter into the military. Since I probably ruined any chance of ever being a police officer by my arrogant actions in my past, I've decided to pursue a degree in Nursing, but I've had some more hardships that have stopped me from being able to attend college anymore. Furthermore, I do not believe I have the brain power to even get a degree in Nursing.
My parents have never been there for me. My dad was an abusive alcoholic. He recently died from Diabetes. My mom never did jack for me nor my siblings and now I have become a product of my own environment. Currently, i live with my grandparents at the age of 24 and working a full time job at minimum wage. I hate living here, it's like hell. I see no point of even trying to fix my life because what employer is going to want to hire me after all of the mistakes I've already made? Also, my credit is ruined because I got stupid with credit cards and had to file for bankruptcy. I just want to end it all already. I see no point in going on. My family is always against me and I have no real friends. If my grandparents die and they will eventually, then I am going to be homeless. I am struggling financially and now I am always being threatened to be kicked out by my own family who "loves" me. What's the point of going on?

I will be travelling to Canada on a working holiday visa (I'm British) and wondered what the different requirements for working as a croupier were in different provinces. In the UK, a gaming license is obtained, after an address history & a criminal record check. What licenses/certificates will I need to apply for in Canada? Also, are they usually applied for prior to or after getting a job offer in a casino? Any other tips regarding getting jobs in Canadian casinos? Thanks!
