Take the time to read what the extended warranty offers. It may only cover replacement parts when you provide shipment of the defective or broken part back to the manufacturer. A valuable extended warranty can even provide a replacement product, such as a computer, so that your work experiences minimal downtime. Read the fine print to see if you can return your item to the place where it was purchased or if you have to ship to an out of state manufacturer. Have you ever purchase an extended warranty at Fry's and needed to utilize it for a tower computer and/or a scanner?

They say they offer a one time exchange and it doesn't have to be the same one if there is a problem with what you purchase.

Is my Tweeter Electronics extended warranty any good?
I bought a dlp mitsubishi tv at tweeter and a 5 yr extended warranty. 14 months later the bulb went out and the manufcaturer only covers one year. Tweeter is now out of business and Im stuck out. Are tweeter warranties 3rd party and can I get my tv fixed?

I bought an HP desktop from fry's and also the extended warranty for 2 years.
I have also upgraded the power supply and graphics card
Now recently i have had some major blue screens coming up and it points to hardware malfunctioning.
Does fry's still cover this?
