I purchased a 7 yr/100,000 miles Warranty Service Contract when I bought new 08 Toyota Corolla.?
It is an extended warranty that will start once the 3 yr/36,000 Toyota warranty expires. Does anyone know about this warranty & if it's any good?
The warranty is from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. based in FL. I did look them up on BBB and they got an F rating however it does look like they will pay eventually as per the warranty.
Any advice is appreciated.
I'm supposed to be getting 10 yrs worth of protection b/c the purchased warranty doesn't start until the 3 yrs warranty expires so 3 + 7 = 10.
Also, if I don't use the warranty at all, I'm supposed to get the money back.
I have checked the fine print on the warranty and it is stated in WRITING.

It was expensive - $1500 - and I would like to return it and get a refund. On the warranty, it says that I can cancel for 100% if I do it within 60 days. Does this mean that they WILL give me my money back? Are they legally bound by this wording?
Has anyone ever done this? Returned a warranty? I know the car dealer - Toyota - isn't going to be very happy abt it.
Just trying to figure out what my options are. If anyone has returned something like this, I would love to hear how you did it.

Can I get a refund on an extended warranty that I purchased for my car?
I bought a new 2008 Toyota Corolla from a Toyota dealer. He offered me what I thought was a great deal on an extended warranty from Fidelity Warranty Services Inc.
When I got home, I checked out this company on the internet BBB and found out that it has a F rating.
I just bought the car 3 days ago and the contract states that I can cancel the policy for 100% refund if I do it withing 60 days.
I live in North Carolina.
Is this true? Do you think I will have a problem with cancelling this warranty?
