Ive Had many problems when purchasing a new vehicle from a toyota dealership. One of them was that the finance manager forgot to charge me for the doc fees. The paperwork has been signed for 4 days already. Should they be subjected to pay these fees?

Documentation fees are little extra profit builders for the dealership...If they screwed up and did not collect them......they really should waive them.....but it depends on them and the stink you put up.

- Doc fees , if they for get and catch will charge you as if they charge everyone else, it is illegal not to charge you. also you signed a contract with dealer fees on it. There is very little profit as they pay for paperwork, staff, storing for 7 years, getting you registered and getting deal bought. EVERYONE HAS THEM!
