Honda dealer rip off?

Guys, i bought a 2008 crv on May 2008 from a honda dealer in Florida. the finance manager tricked me in buying all the extra crap services like 7 yr extended warranty, road side assistance and all kind of **** thru Fidelity warranty services. i was dump that i didnt realize it then and payed for all those. Now i wanted to cancel all those optional coverages and contacted the dealership. But they are taking a % of the total i paid even though i never used those services Like i paid $1547 for 7 yr extended warranty, but the refund is only $$1217. The crv is going to be 20 months from the date i bought it and still under the 3 yr manufacturer warranty. Then how come they take money for the 7 yr warranty when i didn't even used that service. Road side hazard i paid $ 380, refund is $249(i never had a claim). Do they owe me full amount or is it waste of time going after them?

The problem with aftermarket warranties is that a portion of the money you pay goes to the Dealership as a commission and is split between the dealer principal(owner), the business manager and the salesmen.
And while the Warranty Company may pay you back their share there is no way in Hell to get the money back from the dealership people. They have already spent it. The dealership didn't sell you this warranty for your benefit. They sold it to you for their commission cheque.
