OK, so, I'm currently on the job hunt, graduating with my bachelors in Finance in May of 2008...One company I have a round 3 interview coming up...The company is called Ethos Group and the position would involve being assigned to a car dealsership, and once a car is sold by a salesmen at the dealership, they are sent to me in which case I am to sell verious financing options. Due to the sales, this position is commission related...I don't have too much expereince with purchasing vehicles, so I'm wondering if there is plenty of opportunity here for high commissions, as in, do plenty of people look into various financing options after purchasing a car (i.e. warranties, Vehicle Service Contracts, anti-theft protection, rust/other chemical protection, and tire wear and tear coverage)?? Basically my question is am I going to be busting my ass in order to make decent money or will basic sales skills be enough to sell these "products"??
